UK born, trained as an artist, Theresa has +30 years of corporate experience working in Design, Product Development, Manufacturing, Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility.

In 2005, after exposure to Biomimicry – Design inspired by the natural world, Theresa realized that she could no longer design “things” without thought to the unintended environmental consequences that a global manufacturer can have on the world.

 She is an experienced developer and facilitator in the field of Design for Sustainability and experiential learning. Co-founder of the Kohler WasteLAB, Theresa believes that taking a nature based abundant view rather than a “lean” approach to waste streams can change how everyone looks at resources as we begin our necessary journey to a circular economy.
